体检的护士说，我们有过阳性的record（就是出国时候做的皮试，8年前的记录），就不用再做皮试了，
只要去做一个x光。

就不用再做皮试了，
这个护士是专门485体检吗？从医学的角度讲，我不清楚这么做是否规范，但从485体检
来讲，肯定不规范。你可以下载一份I693，上面有详细的TB要求和流程。如果按照护士
的做法，我不知道这表该怎么填，因为没有“我们有过阳性的record，就直接可以做X-
Ray”的选择。

你可以找体检医生，直接告诉他要跳过皮试直接做 X光，要求用自己保险支付。

applicant may not be required to undergo the initial TB screening testing
with a TST or IGRA under the following circumstances:

s signature) of a TST reaction of 5 mm or greater of induration. A verbal
history from an applicant of a positive TST reaction is not acceptable.
Applicants who have a history of a severe reaction with blistering to a
prior TST

previously been performed, the most recent result should be used by the

我们体检的地方好像自己有做x光的设施，但是不能用保险，所以他们才让我们去问家
庭医生那里做。
我想问的是，我们没有家庭医生，也就是用用ld公司的health center。需要和那里的
医生说我们要做x光，他让referral我们去外面x光的地方，然后用保险cover么？
还是自己找一个保险cover的地方直接预约，就说做一个x光，行么？

半径只要填大于10mm就可以了。

两个办法都可以，关键是你要打电话问做X光的地方他们收不收你的保险，只要他们收
其它都无所谓。
X光应该属于预防性检查，绝大多数保险都是Cover的。
在体检医生处做确实要自己付费。但这并不等于他们不可以refer你，有的不愿意是因
为想赚你钱。但实际上除了Physical examination以外其它都是可以在外面做了保险付
费的。我就这么做了。

其它都无所谓。

You are very likely to get RFE (seen this kind of case before). Better get a
skin test then do Xray
就不用再做皮试了，
