老公准备提交eb2的140，上面要写配偶的姓名，我是f1,准备明年5月毕业。140写上我

最近湖南台正在热播《我们的少年时代》，我也跟风去看了，但是觉得并不是很好看。
我觉得它的收视率应该是明星效应堆起来的，才看了几分钟，我就对它已经没有什么观
看欲望了。首先，剧情就不怎么样。不对，根本就没有什么剧情，感觉就像是一部综艺
啊。薛之谦确实是一个难得的段子手，在里面饰演的角色跟他本人没有什么差别，可以
说是本色出演了。在剧里也是不断地自黑。而且小鲜肉们的演技看得让人有点尴尬了，
豆瓣评分能到5.1，应该也是大部分真爱粉刷出来的。自从播出后，就话题不断，更多
的应该是吐槽。
一些夸张的剧情还有动作，真的让人有点哭笑不得。里面的配角好像挑选得也不好，一
直在尬演技。整部剧没有真实感，真正的高中生并不会这样，所以不是很贴近生活。里
面的最重要的应该就是三小只了，其实他们唱歌挺不错的，还挺喜欢他们的青春阳光气
息。但是在里面，完全就是为了耍帅而生的。唯一值得表扬的就是张子枫的演技了。而
且还有一个非常不好的地方，虽然广告商赞助了，可以适当的出个镜。然而整部剧不到
五分钟就会有金主爸爸的身影，它们更像主角吧。不知道大家对这剧是什么看法？总之
我是觉得不是很好。

I-140上先不要写你的名字。等到递交I-485时，你再加入。

If you are married and your LG doesn't put your name on the 140 form, that's

If you did get married after 140 approved, it’s ok, you can still submit
485, and that’s called Follow to join. But if you got married before you
submit your 140, and you did not put your name in, that’s called cheat. The
visa offer might not find out, if they are very careless.
Eventually you will need to submit proof of marriage at the time of 485,
which will show a marriage date. If it’s caught, who knows what will happen
? You sure will get an interview, at least, if they want to give you another
chance.
As long as you are not the one applying for the I-140, it won’t affect your
status.
Ask a lawyer before you take further action if you are really worried.

Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy) - 月／日／年
Country of Birth - 出生国别
你的美国公民的孩子，也要列在此。后面的 AOS、CP 都选“No”.
并分别指明其将进行身份调整或移民签证。

这是单一选择题。
如果人在境内，通常是AOS. 如果改变了主意，就填 I-824 （要交费）改成 CP.
在境外的话，填 CP. 入境之后若排球期当前，也可以交 I-485.
搞不懂为什么总有人问，这里可不可以不填。如果你没有 spouse/child，自然没得可填了。如果有的话，还有此问，是不是有计划要换 spouse/child 呀？
列在此处的 spouse/kid 不算有移民倾向。

除了上面由于申请移民而具有了移民倾向，绿卡和公民的配偶、子女也“天然”地具有移民倾向，即使还没有申请移民。这些人员去申请任何非移民签证，比其他人更容易被据，有的甚至被要求去申请移民签证。

AOS 一项.
说起向律师问问题一事，问律师还是挺有顾虑的，特别我老公的律师是公司的，不会给
这么耐心详尽的回答，什么事情也不会从员工的角度考虑，而是为了减少自己的责任公
事公办。
