在offer一个房，卖方一定要保留mineral rights,在DFW地区。
我如果不要mineral rights的话，等我卖房的时候，新的买家要这个，我只能说我也没
有，没法给？

以《战狼》系列闻名的演员吴京，曾于2018年4月在全国院线国产影片推介会上宣布参
演《流浪地球》，同时也讲述自己加入这部电影的原因。当时吴京说，“给中国新类型
电影（科幻电影）一个机会——也许它就是另外一个爆款。”如今《流浪地球》果然成
为了今年春节的爆款。现在回过头看这段视频，仍然会觉得吴京是个讲情义、热血的电
影人。
吴京说：“像这种科幻电影，如果我们不拍，就没人拍了。有人说，吴京你不怕拍坏了
把你毁了吗？我说我不怕，即使拍烂了，也比没人拍强。其实，我们已经成功了，因为
有7000人参与了这部电影的制作。未来，这7000人就是中国科幻电影的种子。”吴京曾
经说过：“如果这样的硬科幻类型电影我们不拍的话，中国就永远不会有这样的科幻电
影出现。我觉得同时也会出现一个机会，给中国新类型电影一个机会——也许它就是另
外一个爆款。”

You can be sure they will come drilling a deep hole in your kitchen for the
last drop of oil on this planet. Yeah, I know, we used to joke about this,
but now it's becoming realistic. You young guys probably will see it with
your own eyes.

seriouly :), how would it affect the resale? i doubt the current owner know
who actually has the rights , they are the third owner.

I will walk away from that property unless that is your dream house.
It is a hassle to have that attached to your house and it will cause some
trouble for the loan (maybe more paperwork depending on lender). And you
have to disclose that to future buyers.
I saw many sellers release the mineral rights, but still a few want to
retain the mineral rights and usually those houses are not very easy to sell
. I am also in DFW area.
