有latexdiff不过好像是给unix用的，有什么package可以实现比较两个版本文档的区别

try winmerge.
or setup a cvs system by your own.

i guess he's not talking about tracking changes at the source level,
but rather show the changes in the final output.
you can use latexdiff on windows i suppose. it's just a perl script.
