使用
\documentclass[aps,preprint,english,prb]{revtex4}
引用的文章号都是上标的格式，现在有一个地方老板想写成
see Ref.[*].
就这个地方想把引用文章号变成普通文字格式，而不是上标，
请问该怎么办？

我用\cite它就变成上标（superscript）了。
这个地方我不想它是上标的样子。

Read the RevTeX4 manual. It has a lot of options to customize
the formatting of your manuscript. I think the "prb" option for
Phys. Rev. B is causing the citations to be superscribed. You
should try a different option.

我没有把问题说清楚。
除了一个地方，我希望全文的引用的文章号都是上标的格式。所以用了prb。
就这一个引文，我不想用上标，想让它变成
see Ref.[*].
不知道可不可能实现。

Try Ref.~\onlinecite{...}
"online" means on the baseline of the text.
It is provided by RevTeX4; see the manual, page 11.
