请教一下footnote# TeX - TeX电子排版系统

有时候footnote比较长的时候，会显示在两页上，（感觉很怪，连续几个很长
的footnote都可以显示在一页上，但有时候一个长的footnote就显示在两页上)
有没有办法让footnote都显示在一页上，如何调整footmisc的设置？
或者还是干脆就让LaTex自己决定？都显示在一页是不是好看些？

this usually happens when the text where you insert the footnote is
very close to the bottom of the page. so if it put all the foot not on that
page, the text where the footnote is inserted would be moved to the next
page.
as a rule of thumb, it's not a good idea to have a long footnote. if
you have something important to say, say it in the text. otherwise,
just don't say it at all.
