for example:
The result can be seen from the following graph:
\begin{figure}
\resizebox{5in}{!}{\includegraphics{stiff.eps}}
\end{figure}
图形是出现了，但是出现的位置有问题。这图居然出现在上一页的开始。
请问这是怎么回事？

'cause you did not set the position of the figure, such as !, h, t, b, p.
