2010年10月1号，F1->H1B，10月1号之前没交SS, Medical tax,之后交了这两项税。如
果我claim去年全年NR，那是不是代表去年全年都不用交SS and Medical tax，可以把

我觉得H1期间的不能要了.NR期间不收fica税的规定似乎只对特定的几个签证有效,不包
括H1.
