anybody who can help!!! I am performing an IT audit for a company now and is
there anyway I can pull out the last change made to UNIX system.
Also is there anyway I can pull out the last change made to Windows
operating system?
We are testing if all the changed made are approved by the management.
Thanks a bunch for your help!

Not sure about windows, but you can't do that for Unix unless you
did prior backup (which you should).

not sure what you need exactly, but to show all the file that's been changed
, you can use the "find" command to look for all files that's been modified
within a time window. Depend on the OS, you need to read the man page for
the argument.
