I don't quite understand.
when i am reading os textbook, it says the DOS bind address
at compile time. So when a DOS excecutable file is copy/pasted to another ma
chine, it can not run because the address might not be available at the new
machine.
Who can explain this? Really confused...

我是刚刚从法国大使馆拿到的申根签证
但是旅游计划改了现在只去意大利
这种情况是不是还是必须要从法国入境？
好像说拿刚签到的申根签证第一次入境申根区必须要从拿到签证的国家入境，是这样
吗？

can u explain more? thanks.
It is true that in DOS, we can not copy/paste the excutables to make it run.
.it has to be re-compiled?
