虽然我性格内向
但是我却喜欢结交朋友
可是就是不能start a conversation
很多时候都是没话说，有时候又感觉有些话没有必要说
我该怎么办

你交朋友应该是因为对对方有兴趣，想了解对方，如果单纯是功利目的还是算了。
所以话题就是了解对方，也可以阐明自己观点，尊重对方观点，但是不比迎合。
如果有兴趣，就说自己感兴趣的呗。
比如对方做什么工作，目前project是什么，
对方闲暇时间喜欢从事什么hobby，看书的话，最近看到什么好书，请对方推荐一下，
如果都看过，那就更有话题了。
看电影电视，都看什么，喜欢什么，有什么可以推荐。。。。
体育的话，参与什么，喜欢观看什么比赛，是谁或者那个球队的球迷等等。。。
