Everybody seems angry, and scratches the head to find something to blame.
But the fact is: In this RANDOMLY recorded accident, 18 RANDOM bystanders
chose to ignore the little girl and only 1 stopped to help.
Who are those 18 people? Basic statistics infer that most people including
you and me in that situation would more likely belong to that 18-people
group. But how many of us asked ourselves if I would or would not help and
why, instead we blame the 18, the government, or capitalism?
If we stop at the superficial blaming game, this type of disturbing things
will happen again and again, and one day you may be one of the 18. More
need to be done! 1. Civil laws need to be modified; 2. Insurance policies
need to be improved; 3. Media should be overhauled...
