Obviously a murderer violating all criminal laws would not give a shit
about gun control laws.
Look at what gun control brought to Chicago and DC. As long as you keep
attacking the wrong issue (the gun), you'll never reach the right issue
(nuts behind the gun).

gun free zone本身没有问题，问题是执行
飞机上也是gun free zone，执行得好，应该是减少了劫机的数目
可连围墙都没有的校园也划为gun free zone，准备以德服人吗？

I do not care who is behind the gun! If no gun, it would be much easier to
deal with the ones behind. So ban the gun!!!!!
It might sound right to say the problem is the ones behind the gun! But to
let so many innocent people losing their life is definitely not right! Just
ban the gun and then let us solve other societal problem.

这是个伪问题。
人口密集的地方擦枪走火多，所以容易设成gun free zone，而大屠杀又必然发生在人
口密集的地方。我不认为gun free zone和大屠杀有真正的因果关系。
事实上，如果有人能拿枪反击的话，在人口密集的地方伤亡只会更多，前段时间纽约帝
国大厦的例子很明显了，警察造成的伤亡远大于枪手造成的伤亡。
这个地方的问题应该是你说了gun free就要真的gun free，学校大门口应该有武装警卫。

But they won't. No one will take the initiatives. This is so deeply rooted
in this country. I don't see any reason for anyone own a gun in peaceful
Connecticut. But the politicians wont' do anything. They just won't.

说到点子上了
各种暴力游戏，别说倾泻子弹如消防水龙头了。砍头肢解都是家常便饭
各种暴力电影，什么敢死队，Hunger Games，这样的血腥影片居然允许小学生观看。社
会文化一方面
口口声声要限枪禁枪，一方面对这种极度的暴力又津津乐道。
在这样的文化下长大的小孩，分不清现实世界和他们的暴力幻想是很正常的。

expensive town in the USA, newton itself is ,one of the best school in
north oh the fairField county, median incomeoner ore than 110k.

you know, it's this kind of bullshit that makes me mad. Do you think more
guns would make an elementary school safer? Would you like to see heavily
armed parents and machine gun touting cops and security guards at your
children's school? an murderer is not an murderer until he kills someone,
before that, he is just a regular guy like you and me with a gun. If you
have a gun now, you are just one step away from becoming the "murderer" that
you've mentioned. Who can say that you will not going to another school and
do the same thing to the children there? Do you know who will be the "
murderer"? do you know who give a shit about the law and who does not? keep

I totally agree. Why armed killer could easily get into schools or theaters?
That is a question we need to ask. When I visited my kid's potential
daycare, the receptionists carelessly opened the door for anyone who shows
interests in getting into esp. during the dropping off and picking up time.
It poses a lot of potential problesm. However, i understand it is not easy
for staff with no professional security training to check on this. Therefore
, I strongly support to ban the gun!!!

yeah, there are a few other places in CT better than that, but Newtown is
one of the best in the north of the county. and middle of nowhere is a good
place :-). My previous company, quite a few Executive including CEO live in
that town... They are not super super rich, but income is at least 300-500K/
year.

Danbury has a few big companies, particular biotech. Southburry also
develops really fast, a lot of small business there too. You can't image
that how much and easy people in high rank make money in small companies.
In my previous company, almost everyone hired as assistant director and
above starting salary is like 110k-140K. Half of the company is director and
VPs -- I don't event know how much they are making :-)
