以前经常使用paypal，都是先从银行充足够的钱然后用。最近用了几次paypal，然后就
开始接到billmelater打来的电话。我以为是恶意的电话，接了就挂了。今天收到email
。落款是Comenity Capital Bank。我从来没有和Capital Bank打过交道。我需要理睬
这封邮件吗？这是不是垃圾邮件？
