这事如若开了先河，任何事情都按种族背景操作，并提升到法律角度，华人就只能成为
被欺负的对象。华人在外州同样面对各种借口被排挤。所以大家一定要去签字，这个
PETITION很好，什么都不提，就提美国的理念，万事不论种族。而且希望大家在白人社
群那里散播，因为他们是第二个受害人。

It is about a state constitution. The federal government does not have much
control about it, unless the issue is that SCA5 violates the US.
constitution.
By design, the US. is a constitutional republic, not as centralized as China
, yet. When it does become centralized as China, we have already know how
effective the petition works... I would not count on it.

你除了show一些大家早就讨论过的粗浅常识，还有什么可以说的呢？
美国宪法高于美国国内任何级别的其他法律，当然也包括加州的宪法。打个比方，加州
的宪法其实没有关于拥枪权的文字，但是只要有联邦宪法的第二修正案在，加州就必须
给守法公民申请CCW的权利，并且不得因为加州官员的主观判断而拒绝这些申请。这正是
联邦巡回法庭上周的判决。
只要能够咬死SCA5违反了Amendmant 14,以这个法理基础聚集起足够的民意胜算是很大
的。

当然能，SCA5就是试图让加州宪法打违反联邦宪法的擦边球。
德州的白人女生状告德州的AA，也是同样的理由。
