都是有见识有头脑，比一般人强的，才能在新的环境中和别人竞争，然后留下来

第一代读phd的很多都是精英，在美国也混得不错。到是二代可能不行了，毕竟生活环
境好了，没有上进的动力了。

是的，人家bill gates也没有说你们都是loser。
这种uprootingx和resettlement本来就有很多具体的问题。融入一个不同的文化就意味
着要和自己的文化疏离。有的人内心比较坚持，而有的人比较实际，更有的人宁愿丢掉
自己的identity（这种人实际上更被主流社会瞧不起，他不知道他是谁）。
能往上走，除了自己的努力，社会也给你很多机会。如果你的环境有很多歧视，限制，
自己再怎么努力也无法不行。
光看结果不看过程，不看人是很愚昧的。
