现在手上有两个offers，要马上回答。不知道那个好一点，请诸位给些意见。
不能在别的班发言，只能借人气在这里问了。
一个offer
front desk Pricing Developer in an IB
Skill set: C++, fix income analysis, quantitative analysis, communication
with desk quant and traders each day and with the ability to work in a
challenging front office environment.
另一个offer
fixed income risk management quantitative analyst in another IB.
Skill Set: C++, statistics, fixed income knowledge.
工资第一个base比第二高30k， 两个的公司差不多，都是commercial + IB
但是第一个是developer 工作，不知道以后的职业发展如何
第二个是矿工，bonus应该会好很多，以后的职业发展也好很多
哪位高人能给解释一下那个职位职业发展比较好？
