文科mm，平时用电脑就是写个作业，上个网，刚买了x61，发现上网速度还不如用了四
年的旧笔记本。就google到了这个link，觉得挺有用地。开始用vista上youtube都断断
续续的，按照link上的做，就流畅了。
不明白为啥微软的东西越做越差呢？

A menu of things to do might be more helpful... Could someone here share? So

Kati, the article you provided is not very useful in terms of improving
vista performance.
The first thing you want to do is remove all the preinstalled programs you
don't need, and then uninstall norton internet security if you have it. I
would recommend you install McAfee Virusscan enterprise v8.5i which you can
download from your school's IT department.
You will have a much faster laptop once you do the above.
