Did you run setup.exe?
Try this:
运行smartdrv.exe 先
然后运行 \i386\winnt.exe 安装

You must have a FAT32 partition if it's not a bootable.
Try Partition Magic to convert your NTFS to FAT32,
however, it's not a good solution.
Or connect another HD(Must have a FAT32 partition) to your computer.

If you do not want to keep the data on HD.
use the fdisk.exe on win98 to delete the NTFS partition and
creat a fat32 partion. Then restart and format HD.
it will be ok.
