1. Update antivirus software, and scan you computer, kill any virus.
2. Turn off system restore: My Computer-->Properties--->System Restore
3: Check Botton Right coner, kill anything like Realplayer, Real Jukebox, M$
Messenger,Winamp,Norton ?Antivirus,,,,,,, these shit really slowdown your
computer
4: Start-->All Programs-->Startup: Remove everything from here
5:Start-->Run:msconfig--->startup--> remove sth you don't need, be cautious
here, then restart your computer
6:Start-->Run:msconfig--->se
