本人也算是老IT民工了, WINXP用了多年, 想想身为IT民工到现在为止还没用过最先进
的VISTA似乎有点跟不上潮流.
现在VISTA出来也一年了吧, 各位正在用的兄弟姐妹有什么感想? 值那一百多块钱吗?(
本人电脑用的很多, 电影,游戏,BT,MSN)

自己买就算了,买机器带的也就用着呗
没啥大感觉

还是XP吧，放心，偶的Vista一月死好几次了

IT民工should have at least one Vista installation at home to
kill time. However, it's very inconvenient. For example,
it is not supported by many web applications (such as the
virtual credit card number generator at Citi site), it is not
compatible with many, if not most existing drivers, such as
the Gramin training center for importing GPS watch, or the
Tomtom Home for updating auto GPS. In addition, many major
hardware manufacture hasn't found a way to work with Vista.

Vista Home Premium (32)下使用
Citi的virtual number没有一点问题
（web launch）
我家里的其他电子设备基本是佳能的，全部都可以识别
不需要另外驱动
另外向你说的3G还那么慢，要考虑是不是dell硬件的问题了

wait for SP1. there is performance improvement.
or search online. many tips to tweak perforamnce (like turn off superfetch)

为什么我的vista慢得跟乌龟似的? ie经常凝固,看个email常常要等老半天.都快疯掉了

at least wait until SP1 is out.
IMO, nothing special except some annoying "improvement"

Why not try Windows Server 2008 RC1
Though it's not final RTM, I used it from beta, RC0 to RC1.
Pretty good. Better than Vista, like 2003 performs better than XP after some
DX patches.
