hi, my Dell latitude laptop with XP Pro and SP2. after an attempt to
restart, it shows "that last time XP is not restarted properly". then it
shows several choice like : safe mode, safe mode with network, last known
configuration, and start windows normally.
I select " start windows normally", it will show the "windows xp " welcome
page, the black background image with "windows" in the middle and the
running bar below. but it will stay there for a couple seconds, then it
reboot again.

seems something wrong with harddisk

is it possible to fix it? or can i go somewhre? I would like to pay.
