这个究竟什么情况才能claim？我看到众说纷纭，有说在州内同一职位（H1B里LCA填的
职位）75% percentile的工资就可以claim高工资，有说要百万年薪才能claim高工资。
纯好奇，如果是前者的话，岂不是很多公司里的科研人员或者码农都可以claim高工资
？

马上要寄485了，总是有点不确定。跟大家请教两个问题：
（1）Eb1b 可以自己递交485，不用跟学校打招呼，和先前140申请时自己请的律师没有
任何关系。对吗？
（2）485，131，765 一块儿递交时就寄到485要求的地址，不用担心131及765的地址说
明，对吗？
（3）所有地址都填自己家的地址，好像没有任何地方要填雇主地址（除了325中工作
地址），是不是这样？

我喜欢把那个bar放到上面，可有时候有的程序起来就把title bar tuck beneath it,
which is so fucking annoying coz I can't move , I have to squeeze the bar
first! shit!

right click on taskbar --> properties --> uncheck "Keep the taskbar on top
of other windows"
自己不会用还来怪windows，不服气去用Mac好了，它的taskbar永远都不会挡着你move

也想知道。另外eb3 140 和eb2 140在速度上没啥区别吧？

It's hard to say. EB3C has much lower demand than EB2C. But EB3C PD is
limited by EB3 ROW also. So It
depends how spillover works. Right now, the spillover favor 2 over 3.
Vertical might favor 3 over 2. Just my 2
cents.

不过我只是问多久批I140
很多人说Perm批了，I140没有批，跳槽的话不能保留PD

you think this is clever enough? what I want is neither one is on the top of
the other one, if I unlock this, maximizing the window will cover up the
task bar, that's equally stupid.

Sorry for my misunderstanding.
Then there shouldn't be difference. It's all luck thing. Audit or now, who
knows. I'd say 6month to 2 years.
Don't know the answer about the PD thing.
