in windows 8, you can not make a bat script to automatically run as
administrator.
BUT!!
you can make a shortcut to the bat script, and then make the shortcut to run
automatically as administrator.

Katya is a very good teacher. Highly recommend her standard class if you are
into competition. I did not go to other Stanford ballroom team classes,
therefore I cannot comment.
I think it really depends on your goal and level. Most of the students from
Katya's class have not formal training.
