You must have FAT32 in C:. Where will NT Server put the NT
loader? In D:? But I don't think it can be put above 4GB
(soemthing like that, must be less than 5GB). W2K doesn't
have such problem, I guess.

1。 do u have SCSI hardware?
2. do u use installing disc to install it?
3. If you use files on hardsik to install it. pay attention, the NT4 only
support 7.8G hardisk when install. after SP4 support large harddisk.
4. NT do not support FAT32.

NT not support FAT32,only NTFS,FAT16, HPFS(not sure) supported
why u need NT?
