I have both. plus a USR. the 650 I have was bought
over a year ago thus not sure whether it's exactly
same as you can buy now. they all work under winXP
with no problem, but the range of 650 is much worse
than the USR and 401. I don't use it now, just let
it sleeping in a drawer...
