there are a lot of ways to startup a program when the machine boots. a common
one is to add a key to \KHEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
Version\Run (or \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE). I'm not sure about the exact key name,
b/c I don't have a running Windows box, but it should be close. Another
place is, of course, the startup folder.
