Sure. Basic question.
First of all, you need harddisk partitions for each of them。 If you
cannot do this, use third party software. Then you'll do not need any.
Then, depends on where do you want to put Linux boot sector: MBR or on the
specific partition beginning. Either way will be OK, depends on your
preference.
Installation order: 2k, xp, then linux. each on diff partitions. If Linux
boots from MBR, then you'll see linux boot menu first, go to DOS to choose
windows boot menu; if linux on par

Maybe I am wrong. But in my memory, up to (at most) 4 pri partitions (not
logical partitions, which can be quite a nubmer of) can be on the same HD.

You can have several primary partition.
However, you can have only one active primary partition.

However, you can have only one active primary partition.
