first, check to make sure the new hard drive can be safely installed, since
the old HD is 12.5 mm thick, while the new one is 9.5 mm thick.
with ur current hardware, u can try Norton Ghost 2003 Enterprise Editioin, w
hich SHOULD BE(although I have not actually tried it yet) able to clone ur o
ld lappy HD through network to a clone file on ur destop, after installed th
e new HD. It seems u can clonecd back by booting up with a ghost floppy.
or buy ThinkPad Second HDD Adapter for Ultrabay 2000,ins

u can try the trial version from norton.com, i guess it will do the work.
or just ask who provides this solution. :P
only the corp version will do the work, the version number is 7.0 (somebody
called it 2003 though), or 7.5(the newest version).
not expensive for one who can spend more than 300 bucks for a HD. or how will
u do with ur old HD? 32 GB is still not small. or u will buy a usb enclosure?

Install the norton ghost corp as SERVER on ur desktop under wind
