Normally you should give more information in order to
get a real help.
I assume you have a CRT monitor, assume you have a
good connection of signal cable, you have a good constant
voltage power supply (no heavy duty electronics connected
to the same line, you may never know).
Then, my guess would be, there's some problem with your
auto degauss function of your monitor, especially if you
can hear a "click" before/after the shake.
1.Remove any magnetic stuff away from your monitor
