Googled a little bit, and found the approach of getting rid of it. I would

Getting rid of C-Dilla isn't actually too hard. It's a spyware program that
was recently reported to be installed with Intuit's TurboTax software (as part
of an anti-piracy measure of some sort). www.slashdot.org had an article about
that a while
