Same problem between my laptop A and desktop B. And my problem is with
the laptop. The desktops at home and at work both can not ping the laptop.
But the latop can see desktops. It's so strange.
It's not about simple file sharing, which I disabled.
It's also not the windows firewalls, which I disabled in my test.
It's also not about the guest account- I created same user/pass in all
machines and
diabled the use of guest account for sharing.
Anyone have any idea? I hate to reinstall the laptop.
