whatever changes I make by going to control panel -> folder options -> file
type as Admin are not taking effect in a user's roaming profile account.
user account has limited rights and can't change file assoication.
with an admin account, how do I change file assoication for a roaming user
account?

edit: oh, user machine is windows XP Pro

what is roaming user?
