does mud have different keyboard settings? It might be a very stupid question.
I was trying mud for the first time days ago. Find it confusing 'cause I can't
imput what I want to imput. Anyone tell me the change in the keyboard? thanks

what MUD client you are using? ZMUD or tintin++? I think it is the
client change your keyinput. Check your client's help document.

my guess is that he is using telnet w/o setting
local echo and CR/LF properly.

I met this probelm before when i use zmud. well i did not know what is the
reason, but i try download other zmud version or from different website, now
the zmud on my desktop works very well.
If you close the alias function of the zmud, i think you can input the words
you want, but you can not make any alias in zmud because you close the
function.
my suggestion is u download another zmud. actually not keyboard problem.
