improve casting time using fire skills (20% chance)
spent like 4K...
But how come this is not a 'purple' item? I see something
much worse than this gets purple.

I got pretty meanigless gold items before. hiahia.
20% chance, that's huge.

Yeah, this item really has brought a new life to my fire magic.
Fire magic spells are infamous for their long casting time and
recharge time. This chance in time improvement is HUGH!
There are similar items in the game like this for casters and monks.
I think the guy who sold me this also have one 20% thing for
the monk. But i can't remember exactly what was that.

such stuff. only have <5K now, though. :(

这个咚咚在crystal desert里可以换到，我认为最多1k吧。
不过你自己喜欢就行。

I can use warrior to get one for u.
smiting staff / smiting prayers / 20%cast, 20%recharge
holy staff / divine favour / 20%cast, 20%recharge
smiting rod / smiting prayers / 20%recharge

not always. from an attribute modifier's point of view, gold is better.
but the item itself may not.

One more point:
holy staff / divine favour / 20%cast, 20%recharge
it's for divine favour recharge/fastcast.
not as useful as the fire artifact.

Yes. I got my air staff at a collector at Draknor's Forge
also has +20% charge +20% cast for air magics.

Staffs are two handed, you can't use your artifact then.
