envy u to have an american working place
most of us are now obtaining Indian accents :(
Some suggestions, it needs some time to merge into traffic though,
1) Go lunch with them, find their favorite place and then there comes
the topics like Sears Summer sale, Bloomingdale Xmas discount :-)
2) Figure out their hobbies, mostly sports like Golf, NBA...
3) Watch Jay Leno's shows, understand his jokes and reproduce them :-)
4) Some TV shows are good too, i ever met an officemate who can talk about
