斗胆跟老板提加薪。。。# Working - 上班一族

最近刚拿到H1B，开始要交Medicare 和 Social Security Tax，一下一年少了好几大K。
心疼啊。。。
在公司工作1年有余，昨天就跟老板提加薪。
老板对我的工作也满意，说会跟总部的大老板商量(我的老板应该是同意的，但他做不了
主)。
我说 I'm doing much more than I first came here.
老板说 yes, that's for sure.
最后我还说 my current salary is just too low for a master degree from xxx
univ.
老板说 i understand that.
最后老板说let me talk with sss this week, and let's discuss it again before
the end of this week.
我老板是地区的executive vice president，说话应该是有份量的。就看能加多少了。
加个几大K其实就等于没加。唉~~~
不知市面上的行情如何？
