As a new comer, don't make too much comments on other people's work, never say
negative words.
You have to impress other people by the work they ask you to do, not by
speaking out loudly in the meeting.
If it's your first job, I'm sure you will have a lot of things to learn. You
may be stronger in some technical fields than your coleagues, but you still
have things to learn from them. So I think you should keep a little bit low
profile in the first few days. Each company has it's own procedur
