as a contractor, you get paid for any hour you work, so there's no OT for you.
if your employer really wants to speed up the project, they should be willing
to pay any excessive rate that you reasonably demand.
for full-time employee, OT pay is exempt, meaning no OT pay at all.
but a good employer should make certain forms of compensation to keep the
employees' moral.
