PERM is about labor certificate, the first step to get GC. Before the
applications are processed in different regional office. Now, after 3/28, all
new applications are processed by the national center. That's why california
will be faster and some other states will be slower.
Google is always known for their "picky". They like Ph.D. from good schools,
especially stanford, lol.
After the IPO, don't think Google is as attractive as before. They hype will
calm down pretty soon. People will realize
