软件研发的大公司，如果签了offer，后来没有去，
一般公司有没有黑名单之类的policy,如果以后再应聘该公司，就不会再给offer了？
大家有清楚这方面的吗？

签了offer，后来在onboard前决定不去了，和hiring manager解释了一下，去了另一
家地。现在又想应聘原来这家公司了，会不会有影响？
