去年年底今年年初投了20多个学校，有过2个onsite和几个电话面试，未果。今年是不
是会更差了？再过两三月就快三年薄厚了，到明年这个时候钱就该用完了（自己有个
fellowship），如果市场不好还未果话，是不是该考虑其他打算了。

估计时间不长，就是周末给另一个公司做下英文翻译成中文或者反过来，就几个文件及
几次电话谈话，简单谷歌一下，好像不太合法，请确认一下，是不是真不行啊？谢谢

You are already way above the average. My own score---
\frac{ #offers/interviews}{#applications) was much much lower than yours.:)
Given the current economical climate, things don't look good:(
As a side note: In 2010, there was only 10 new faculty hirings
in UC Berkeley, whereas from 1990 to 2009, UC Berkeley approved 100
new faculty hirings annually. However, UCB anticipates more than 50
approvals to be granted in the next two years. No despair!

You need another H-1B for a part-time job LEGALLY.
