自然要把自己往上吹。但这个exceptional有点太狠了，觉得自己没达到，
是不是老老实实选high contributor就是了。
Exceptional:exceptional performance marked with creative, innovative results,
far exceeds job requirements. Individual acknowledged by management & peers
as leader and model (technical or managerial)
High Contributor:Employee consistently exceeds the requirements for the
position held and has demonstrated highly proficient job performance in
the evaluation period.
