OMG...this sounds EXACTLY like MY boss!!! Expect mine is an old female... Micromanagement, incompetent, take other people's credit claim as her own, huge ego, mean, degrading, totally useless, unprofessional, keep everything to herself... If we have any meetings, my boss will purposely hide all the meeting info until we're at the meeting so we all look like we are unprepared. Also, I did all her work for her and she took all my credits...when someone finds out, she gets mad at me and give me a hard time. People like her are just insecure about their capabilities so they need to degrade you to make themselves look better. I need some advice too... ~>_I feel like you can either: 1) Transfer to a different department 2) Find another job I don't see a 3rd option here....And if you choose to transfer out, that bitch/bastard can still give you a hard time by giving you a bad review. Argh...I guess it only comes down to finding another job.
感觉楼上各位都在抱怨,而没有给出实际建议。在下总结数年来的经验,抛两块砖,希 望引来美玉: 1)工作中总会遇到问题,尤其是人的问题,总不能每次都换工作吧? 2)有问题的时候,不要先入为主,认定是对方有错;一旦有了这种情绪,我们就很难 冷静解决问题。 3)给新上任的主管一点时间 to figure out his/her new job。 4)在有一些bad experience之后,一定要开始document!最简单的做法之一就是口头 交流后再用email确认。

强哥说的很好,再补充一个, 其实也是强哥说的第二点,首先你要show your respect to get respect. 有时候他希 望你听他的只是希望你尊重他。如果你让他感觉到尊重,他才能更容易听你的意见
