得到一个contract职位的offer，其中有一条：
All immigration related fees and costs shall be the sole
responsibility of the employee, except where prohibited
by law.
这个让employee付正常吗？这里面大概要花多少钱，现在要办h1b transfer,以后要办
绿卡。
另外有把办绿卡写进contract的吗？他们只是口头告诉我可以办绿卡。

绿卡一般要求永久职位
这本身和contact 是不太统一的

难道必须是永久职位？有没有例外的？
If you want to apply for a green card (permanent residence) based on the
fact that you have a permanent employment opportunity in the United States,
or if you are an employer that wants to sponsor someone for a green card

我之前申请的时候专门研究过啊
我说的是中国人常用的申请类别
别的不是很清楚最起码1b需要这个 2类应该也需要其他的种类不清楚
