两天前panel（External Peer Review) ，和前几天一个帖子情况类似，日期和PM都同
时变了。。

公司通知走人。这种情况会影响那边办理LCA和H1b transfer吗？要不要通知新的公司

这可能是有戏。枪毙的话PM才不着急呢，慢慢拖。Recommended的话到是会马上有所行
动。

中了之后发包子！我之前有一个regular proposal，panel之后一周pm和status date同
时变，然后又过几天status date再次改变，然后三周之后拒信。。 ：（

请教Levis，考古本版发现您也有过类似经历，不过当时是不是先收到PM的email/电话
，之后才有的status date或者PM变化呢？

日期和PM都变很难说是好消息还是坏消息。我的情况是过了很久他们才联系我说中了。

我很好奇变态到底说明了什么。是不是说明PO已经做出了某种决定？这个决定可好可坏。

不是，是一个常驻的PM。但之前一个PM是学校过来rotate的PM，不知道是不是快要离开
NSF了。。

It is fairly easy to differentiate between excellent and fair proposals. If
yours unfortunately lands in the middle. Good luck to ya!
