xsl can can a xml from one DTD to another DTD.
xsl is a certain kind of xml too.

Oh,

XML is a markup language, it is a superset of HTML,
main difference between XML and HTML is, XML can keep
semantic information, so a XML file can be used by
different applications.
XSL is used to transfer XML to HTML or any other markup
language)by pattern matching.
This is my understanding.
