This is not true. In California, if your supervisor is a CPA and he signs
your lincensure application, you can still become a CPA without any public
accounting experience. You just won't be able to perform audit with this
CPA license.

差别在于薪水吧。我知道有许\多公司(尤其是比较大型的)如果有CPA license会给多一
些钱。
