请问颈动脉怎么说？颈动脉疼是一种病名吗？
我的颈动脉（左边）痛已经2周多了。吞咽时尤其厉害。看了两个医生，吃了消炎药，
没用。医生也不知道怎么回事，说也摸不出有肿大，于是就说可能是淋巴有virus（可
恨的美国医生，嘛都不懂，只要不懂就说是virus，然后就说因为virus有不同种，吃药
也没用。吃消炎药还是我要求的）。
我查了google，似乎是颈动脉痛（是那个脉搏跳得厉害的地方，靠里边疼最初是非常靠
里边，两周以后靠下边一点，现在疼痛的中心又网上移了。）。请这里有经验的好人说
说，这个怎么办？

我知道是可以在公司工作，但需要有一个CPA推荐，对吧？
如果我是公司的会计头头，没有cpa管我，外部的cpa审计人员或咨询人员可以推荐我拿
执照吗？

i don't think anybody could really help through internet without able to
exam you in detail,
the only neck pain that could be potentially serious that i could think of
is carotid disection but you didn't mention anything else that lead to that
diagnosis,
maybe you need to get a CT of the neck and also an ENT evaluation with a
laryngeal scope or something like that,

看你的项目还有你的实际情况去了
你的背景牛可以先拿钱再建立团队
如果你什么都不是先团队再拿钱把

It varies state by state. Refer to the attachment for requirements. Not sure
if it is still up-to-date, but figured it'd be helpful.
Better to call the board of the state you are planning to get the licensure
in. Check out at www.nasba.org.

Thanks a lot, Fatmanll. I am getting much better today, but still very tender
at the neck. When i swallow, i don't have to wait and find the better
position for a less painful swallow.
