1099 has different copies. I remember copy A along with 1096 form to
internal revenue service center, form 1096 is a summary page of form 1099.
Copy B to recipient. that is all. you don't need to do anything else.

我们州也要寄一份COPY,还有LANDLORD 和律师也要.

当然要，1099是一式多分的，有employee的有emploer的，还有寄到irs的。而且不能用
白纸打印吧，需要oder那种专门的表格。。

昨天輸入了一天，看見1099都要吐了。
我好像準備了4個Copy，還有1096.
